Dine-in firing mode

Pickup and delivery use Send to kitchen for the whole ticket.

Send entire ticket One button fires all items. Best for counter-heavy or takeout-style dine-in. Fire by course Fire apps, then entrees, from the ticket panel. Menu stays open for adding items.

Kitchen output

Where fired items go after the cashier taps send. Most shops with a kitchen screen use Kitchen screen only.

Kitchen screen only Items appear on the kitchen display. No print dialog. Printed tickets only Print a chit at the register or kitchen printer. No kitchen screen update. Kitchen screen and printer Send to the kitchen screen and print a chit.

Course options

Category names map to courses automatically (Appetizers → apps, Poultry/Beef → entrees, etc.).

Include soup with appetizers Fire apps also sends soup items. Require apps before entrees Block Fire entrees until appetizer-course items are sent.
